Tenex Tennis Elbow Shock Absorber

I do not know for sure if it works but when I lost it a golf elbow emerged after a long gone tennis elbow...

I do not know for sure as to whether it works but after I wore it along with applying cross fiber massage (see Youtube) and other exercises several times a day my tennis elbow has gone. It took months, but succeeded. Then unfortunately I lost my Tenex and continued to play tennis without it and a golf elbow emerged to replace my long gone tennis elbow! It became serious... I could not wash my face after tennis... So I decided to buy another one and now I wear it again during tennis. And again, I apply cross fiber massage, eat much flax seed and extra virgin flax seed oil (high omega 3 content aganist inflammation), apply MSM cream etc and after 3 weeks my golf elbow is almost gone. In the meantime I did not abandon tennis, I only had 2-3 days rest after each practice day. So I cannot factor out its effect from the other remedies I apply, but my feeling is it is beneficial.Read full review
