Very nice
Easy to use: just insert it into your bathtub drain (mine is 1.5") and let it work. I clean mine every 3-4 days and it does catch hair. Since it's silicone, it flexes so hair removal is very easy.
One suggested improvement: The chrome cap is secured by a single rivet, which allows it to swivel and close off the 4 top vents. Using two rivets would prevent this. Read full review

It's OK.
I have a regular shrrom I have been using in the tub for several years, working great but gets discolored over time. This one is a more cosmetic version that matches with the faucet, the only difference is a Chrome colored cap that snaps onto the clear colored silicone shroom. The top diameter of this cap is actually bigger than my previous shroom, so it looks a little out of place. BTW that thin metallic cap snaps off if you are not careful with it, and not so easy to put back on.Read full review

Take it from a father from 6 daughters. This thing is a must have for anyone with lots of women in the home. Before this, I was taking the whole drain apart every six months to get rid of the hair in the drain. With this, I am able to do the same task in a matter of seconds instead of 5 minutes. The drain fits into the drain hole just like any other drain. Have used it for two weeks now. Fits great, easy to clean, but mostly it does what it's supposed to do...lets the water drain while capturing hair. Drawback is it is not a plug, so you have to swap it out for a plug when you want to use the bath instead of shower. Still, for most people, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. I have two daughters and between them and momma there is a lot of hair made. TubShroom catches a ton of hair. When we clean bathrooms, we pull them and wipe of the hair, I'm always shocked by the amount that would have went down the drain. Easy to install, and easy to clean. Tubs should come with these things. The chrome version looks better than the colored ones, barely tell it's different than the regular stopper.Read full review

It works great!
I've tried other products that are supposed to catch hair but none of them have worked as well as this. Easy to install and clean out. It allows the water to still flow down the drain, so you're not standing in a pool of water in the shower.
I will note that if you have a pop-up drain plug like me, you have to completely remove it in order to use this. If you want to take a bath, you'd have to take this out and re-install the plug. Personally, I'd rather do that than have to deal with a clogged drain every couple of months.Read full review

These work as advertised. . Saves time and has eliminated the need to use chemical drain cleaners. The tubshroom does need to be replaced after several months. Ours lasted 6 months. I bought four more just in case they are discontinued.
