Turn Signal Light Bulb-EX, Sedan Sylvania 1157ALED.BP2

Zevo 1157 LED

I purchased these to replace the incandescent lights on the turn signals of my motorcycle. I like them and did the replacement. Here are my general thoughts:
They seem to be well made and are brighter than the incandescent. Not as bright as I would like. Maybe the next model will be.
Where the base of the incandescent bulb would be is now molded plastic and wider than the glass so it will not fit in some fixtures. Believe me, mine is one of those. I ground the plastic base down so it is curved and it fit well and worked well.
Lights work great I just don't like modifying something that is this expensive.

Led. vs 1157

On my car the parking light setting was not as brighth but in turn signal mode it appeared a little brighter. I
This was looking at them up close not sure what they looked light at a distance.

Sylvania Zevo: best bulbs on the market

I spent a multitude of hours researching and testing LED bulbs and spent $250 bucks outfitting my car's exterior bulbs, to have 90% of them fail in 15 months. Some failed in the first few days.

These bulbs have a much more noticeable difference between the low power and high power setting compared to other 1157 LEDs I've tried. My car's front running light and turn signal operate through the same bulb, and these ZEVO bulbs do a better job of making the turn signal noticeable when it flashes. I'll probably try the red bulbs for my brake lights for the same reason.Read full review
