Great peripheral
Slightly awkward holding and index finer angle as compared to a typical mouse. More than makes up for it in its functionality and convenience. Now just have to have the bluetooth version to get rid of the USB dongle.Read full review

A great idea with some opportunities for improvement
Overall, the idea of sticking mouse functionality into a pen format is great. The posture alleviates wrist loads, reducing risk of RSI/tingly wrists.
I found that leaving the pen in its holder makes it easier to work with keyboard and mouse at the same time. For that a heavier holder, which does not fall over easily would be a big improvement.
The main achilles heel however is the quality of the "left button" microswitch on the top. After less than three months, the switch is worn to a point where I need to press very hard and dragging-and-dropping becomes difficult to impossible. And when drawing stuff, this is really a show stopper. To be fair, I have seen this issue in other models of this type as well, but that does not make it much better.Read full review

Not as easy to use as I thought it would be. I got this as a way to sign electronic signatures on pdf documents. Still easier to use than a mouse but still hard to use as a pen.

Don't expect to be able to write with this mouse
If you expect to be able to write with this, you'll be disappointed. It is as bouncy as a typical mouse. Every time you pick it up to move to the next letter, the cursor will jump similarly to how a laser mouse does. Without any legible writing capability, you are better off skipping this.Read full review

Comfortable, functional, inconsistent build quality
Some of us cannot use a regular mouse pain. A pen mouse allows for a more neutral position of hand and wrist - this one is as good as any and better than most.
Avoid it if you even like the semblance of quality.
Very plastic-y, loose buttons, lots of play.
I totally regret buying it but I guess I should have been more diligent in my pre-sales research.
