I needed something simple and inexpensive to finish out the end of the fishing season and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy to install easy to connect and simple to use but just as good as the higher priced units on the market. So far so good
Made up a test model boat to test and learn how to get it to work - Spent an hour on a small local river with the model tethered on a fishing line.
I still am playing with settings to find best display results -
3ft of water showed weeded bottom and several fish on first try.
I need to get some more time to learn how to tune to get best display for different conditions.
Next stage is to fit to my fishing boat but that's about 6 weeks away -
I also plan to use a mapping app to make my own charts.

I boat in lake Erie, for the cost of this unit you cant beat it, works as well as a much more expensive unit. I use my 9" tablet for the screen. All I can say is it finds the fish
