Works Very. Very Well
Works very, very well. There are two sharpening slots. One slot is course and one slot is fine. Use the course slot sparingly and only when the knife if very blunt as it does a great job, but you could wear your knives down too quickly if you use it too much. The fine slot puts a great edge on the knife. Three swipes on the course setting and three or 4 swipes on the fine setting makes the knives razor sharp.Read full review
