Whistler WBU-800 Rear View Camera Kit

I purchased this wireless camera for one reason, to keep an eye on my two electric bikes mounted on the back of my Intech Pursue camper trailer. It also gives a very good eye on the traffic following closely behind me. The lens is adjustable (manual/up or down) to allow things down low or high. The the RV is 14 feet long and my for Escape tow vehicle as long too. I did a range test placing the unit behind a metal barrier (the trailer) and reception was flawless. In fact, I moved it across the yard pushing 8 feet or more and still a nice color picture. While true the image is small and with a lower resolution, for someone that is critical about things, it works Great for me. Good and easy to install

It works great for kia rio 5 hatchback.
Just want to let you know two things.
1. there is little lag when the camera and monitor communicate. But i don't mind. So that does not matter to me. But if you prefer clear and no lagging, I do not recommend it.
2. Distance between your car and the parking car is not accurate. The monitor shows that you are really close to the parking car. But there is space, approximately 2-3 feet, to back up more. But the camera shows that you have no more space to back up.

get what you pay for

installs easy, you get what you pay for tho. it works but refresh rate is very slow. if you go to fast the screen cant keep up. the screen times out to fast even on the longest setting
