Decent little hobby vac, but where safety glasses

Decent for what it's intended for. But it will barely pull grass up if you don't have a static applicator. And the screens only catch a majority of the grass the rest fly's out the vent holes. I put a mesh like screen in it from a air filter from an a/c. But it looses suction. A small hand held with a hose attachment is much better just get it new and empty when your done and it pulls up the grass way better when again not using an applicatorRead full review

Runs the 9 volt battery down quickly. Otherwise works good on small material like ballast.

Good tool that can be improved.

Seems a little weak and the screens fall out rather easily, but it's a good idea for vacuuming up flock for reuse. It's still very useful and maybe the next version can incorporate some improvements.
