It is easy to assemble, easy to install and works flawlessly in my garden to keep out the neighbors cats. The one and only thing I feel it needs in an on-off switch to turn off the power supply. When I work in my flower bed, I have to remove the battery pack and take out one of the 4 batteries. Even if you turn off the water, the sensor will still continue to trip when it sees movement when you leave the batteries in it. It is a little bit of a pain, but worth enduring.Read full review

It Does Work

This is really for a large animal like a deer. I'm trying to use it for cat repellent, but there is no way to adjust the spray down to their level. The sensor works great and is adjustable. It does feel cheaply made(it's all plastic). I think maybe I'll try a different style spray head if possible.Read full review

All Around Great Product

Have used sprayers like this for years since they are the only thing that keeps deer out of the garden. Bought this to replace a Hoont that only lasted two weeks before breaking. Havahart and parent company Woodstream are old-line companies with good reputation so spent a few dollars more and got one of theirs. Was a smart move. Product is well designed, easy to assemble, and works great. Sensitivity of sensor is best of any I've owned. Also know Havahart will stand behind guarantee if anything does go wrong. All these sprayers made in China now. I have found some companies hold the manufacturers to higher standards of quality control, however, which makes a big difference. Good concept, bad implementation

Sprinkler only sprayed 2 times during setup and never sprayed again. Also, when it sprayed the spray time was so short it did not make but about a 1/4 sweep between sprinkler trigger points. Only about 25 - 30 degrees of a 180 degree sweep!Read full review

Needs an "On/Off" switch

It works as advertised. My only issue w/ it is there is no switch to tun it on or off. Your choice is to either remove a battery (A real pain to do) or turn off the water and disconnect the hose (another pain). All could be fixed with a simple switch. For $40 it should come w/ one.Read full review
