One of the Best Musical Movies.
Well done musical movies like Xanadu are just not made today. I love this movie since I watched it for first time in 1980. Its first level rock music and choreography are simply great. Olivia's voice was made for singing that music. And Electric Light Orchestra's sound takes you to that wonder fantasy world that everybody dreams to be and and enjoy. Mixing Jeff Lynne's talent and Olivia's voice was something that is not gonna get back to repeat in the musical movies's history.Read full review

Music was more better.
Never saw this movie until I got this dvd. I had the soundtrack. A few decades later I finally sat down with my granddaughter who is 23 years old. She enjoyed the movie but the movie for me is just plain hokey. I was a fan of Olivia due to grease but never like any of her other movies. Like I said the music is what made this movie bearable.
