I have done a little research before I purchased this particular derma roller. My issue was mostly with pock marks left from horrible hormonal acne I had. I have been using the .5mm roller 4 times now and I already see a huge difference. The marks have faded dramatically and some old acne scaring has already disappeared. I have noticed the lines on my forehead have diminished and the general overall look of my skin is tighter. I really liked this particular derma roller because the "caps" used to store the needles, also double as holder for the alcohol to disinfect the roller before and after use. The bladed are easy to snap off and on, yet remain sturdy. This does hurt to use, but a small amount of the numbing cream helps with that. The only real complaint I have is i wish it would of come with a .25 blade instead of 2 .5 blades. I will purchased again and I have already reccomended.Read full review

Just used once so far
The directions are great, explains everything very well. The numbing cream is weak, still hurt, but tolerable. I've only used this once so of course I have seen no change. It will take several times spaced over several mos to see any improvement. It's easy to use and i'm looking forward to see some reduction in lines and wrinkles. I didn't know what to expect bc of the lower price. It works great and is not cheaply made. I've used it once so far and I have seen a very slight improvement on the fine lines around my mouth. It comes with .25, .5, .75 and 1 mm miconeedle heads. I used the .5 size. Not painful overall except around my lip area. I didn't use the lidocaine cream and it was fine. My face was red and had some mini blood spots but it was healed by the next morning. It looked like a mild sunburn. Over the next few weeks I noticed my skin flaking slightly but I feel that is what is supposed to do so newer skin can come through. It was nothing that lotion couldn't take care of. It comes with full instructions and I followed what it said to do. You have to use it for months to see real results. So far so good!! I would recommend and order again.Read full review

I had done my research on dermarolling prior to purchase, so I knew what I was looking for and what to expect. Great product, easy to use. The only downside is there is no indication on the rollers as to which size is which, so it is somewhat of a guessing game. Since research has shown that certain sizes are needed for certain issues and on certain skin areas, and certain sizes should only be used at certain intervals, it would be nice to know I am using the correct size and not too frequently. Good, so far
Because it does take many weeks for the new collagen to be created after you do the roller, it is impossible now to know if it really works as I m hoping. Plus, the new collagen is cumulative, so it will take months of derma roller sessions to really see the results. I'll be patient for the results . The rollers seem to be of good quality and fairly priced. My only complaint is that the different sized needles are very difficult to discern from one another...so, for example, the .50 appears the same as the .75. The rollers are not marked or distinguished in any way. A suggestion would be to have different colors for the different sizes instead of all the rollers being red. Another suggestion would be to imprint the size of the needles if the plastic top of the roller. Just an idea which I would like because I actually put the .75 in the .50 box and was then confused as to which was which. I did contact the company who was helpful and offered to send me out a new roller, and also answered some other questions so all good.Read full review

Excellent product
I've suffered from acne for years and have the scars to prove it. That's why I purchased this item. I've only used it a couple of times so far, but I'm pleased with it. I use it once a month and don't know if there is noticable results yet. I know it will take time, so I'm being patient. I can say after I use it, my skin is soft and plump. It really works with getting the dead skin cells off. The instructions are well written and easy to follow. The numbing cream really works and I don't feel a thing. I just wish more would come with the package. I'll have to order more soon. All in all I've very satisfied with the product and now my mother wants one as well. Not to mention shipping was fast too! So far... I really like it
It's too early to tell, but... I think it's doing some good. I already have a very good skin regime, but this "delivery" system just might be the ticket. Some may want to use the numbing cream, but I don't really need it. Right after using, there is some redness, but after applying my creams and after about 24 hours, the redness is gone. After 2 weeks of using the system 4 times, I can definitely see a difference on the sides of my nect, which has the worst damage. I'm also experimenting with it on my forearms, where the skin has become so thin and getting crepy. I do follow-up with reeeeally good creams, too. Excellent price and quality. This Derma roller set seems to be good quality. Like the idea of titanium needles. Roller heads easy to change. Roller guards easy to remove. Have only used this 2 X's I'm a beginner at skin needling. I've used the 1mm & .5 mm heads. So far no problems. The how to guide is very informative. I look forward continuing the process. Great quality roller!
I've bought a few of these in the past, & this surpasses them by far. It's nice to have several different size rollers that attach to wand, & having the plastic case keep the needles from bending is a plus.
