Worked , but prepare first

You need to pay attention to what this can do to your system.
It is a good idea to start this on a long weekend or on vacation.
Your “gas” may be less than air!
Use as a supplement to a healthy diet as in less fats and sugars.
Drink plenty of waster and don’t skip the vitamin .
Add light to moderate exercise and it works.
