Compared to standard sensors, the Smart Sensor maintains a more stable connection to the base Ecobee and seems more accurate. A clear improvement. Still a little overpriced for what it is.

Work good, difficult to pair

As noted by other reviewers, it took multiple attempts to pair. Once paired, after the fourth attempt, they work fine. I have one in my bedroom that is activated during sleep mode and one in the living room activated during the home mode. The main thermostat has been removed from the settings.
