An amazing way to create a mesh network at home...

I've never set up a network as easily and as quickly as I have with eero. We have 3 base stations and one beacon and our entired house is blanketed with super-fast WiFi. Not only that, the devices that are physically connected to the base stations like this one, either directly or through a switch enjoy even faster speeds. Amazing.Read full review

Doable regardless of electronic hype

The hype on electronic hardware is just that. Wireless transmitters are in nature are Marconi distribution of signals. In that, obstruction of the signal by objects affect the the receiver. Location-location is all too important for extenders. Think more of a line of site when transmitter is above extender at 50' > 15degrees with multiple walls and equipment. At end of 100', signal very weak and receive antenna relocated to capture and mate with modem and router. (1500-2000sq ft)Read full review

Added a second Eero Pro. I had older pro with beacon. Decided to get a refurbished Pro, newer with usb power versus barrel connector.

Improved over all speed with two triband pros by about 20% in my system. The 2 beacon seemed to take over my 2.4GHz cameras from the Pros.
I'm not worried about wifi six because the 22 devices I have are are wifi5. Read full review
