Not Good Quality
5 of 6 found this helpful The first earbuds, the volume on the earbuds are very low, have to turn the volume on my phone all the way up just to hear. Callers are also having a hard time hearing my through the mic on the earbuds. Not sure if this earbuds are authentic samaung brand. The company sent me another one and the second was more worse than the first one. The sound was unbalanced on second one. The right earbuds was louder than the left one. Won't be purchasing from them again.
