Shadows of Motown
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great documentary about the musicians behind the many Motown hits and the lack of recognition and fame that they got. The sound track is a fabulous sampling of many of the Motown hits, and provides a bit of background as to the musicality of these songs. It is a well done and entertaining story.

Great companion book

Ride the River
I have been reading the Louis L'Amour Sackett series books, and this book filled in one of my gaps. This book was another gripping Sackett book that was hard to put down. I also enjoyed the fact that part of this story was set in the area where I grew up.
