Disk 8 is not working

We were excited to get this set but as we were watching one by one, we discovered that the disk 8 is not working. It is surprising to get a defected product. Disk 8 has popular episodes ( 'In the City' and 'Takes a Dive' are my kid's favourites), so it's a big bummer. Very disappointed.
