Great Workout ..I love Kathy Smiths style
1 of 1 found this helpful I have many Kathy Smith workouts. This is a very updated one. It is a great full body work out. It incorporates weights and compound moves to work different muscle groups at the same time, which burns more fat and tones at the same time. I like that she has many people on the dvd doing the moves at different levels. I can challenge myself and watch the more advanced girl, or i can follow along when im a bit out of breathe to a moderate girl. I cant find any downsides to this dvd yet. Ive done it about 6 times and as i get to know a tape i adjust my own intensity to best suit me..Push yourself though it really is a great workout..

Canon Ef 100mm-400mm Is Lens is awesome
Great lens, I would recommend anyone whom loves to take nature shots and such to buy. Loved have ebay listing to compare and shop around. Reviews were a huge help in making my decision on this lens. It is heavy but if you have a tripod you are good to go. It is also a great arm workout.

Universal is the best word for this mount
Bought 4 of them. Two for my Sonos soundbars. They fit everywhere..Price is right and I would suggest this to anyone considering them
