2 of 27 found this helpful Mine died within a month had to get replacement. TiVo's don't play nice with cable providers as TiVo is their competitor and there are tons of issues. Always randomly dropping connections, requires a tuning adapter and is very slow switching channels. Tivo and cable providers always point fingers at each other in the end consumer stuck with a buggy poorly working product.
