Really helps, well worth the money!
Really helps with maintaining electrolyte balance when you're working hard out in the hot FL sun in the yard. Slightly salty taste if you don't get it down quickly, but it's worth it. I usually only have to take 1, not the 6 they recommend on the bottle. It helps keep me energized without all the sugar and junk in "electrolyte" drinks. I've been using it for years and I highly recommend it. If the pills get moisture from the air, they kindof puff up and the coating gets flaky, but they still work fine, you're just more likely to taste it before swallowing it.

Good workout
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this because the ratings on gamespot.com rated it higher than the other workout games that were out. I had seen this while I was shopping at Walmart one day, and thought, correctly, that I could get it at a better price on ebay.
I've only done one workout so far, but it gave a good, guided workout. It also shows the instructor as a mirror image so that you can follow along easily, which is great for those of us who are "challenged" when it comes to "left" and "right" ;)
I don't have a whole lot of room in my living room, but so far that wasn't much of an issue. The only exercise where I felt a little cramped was on the leg lunges, but I was only working in a 5 - 6 foot wide space since I didn't move stuff out of the way.
I don't know how good this will be for the more advanced workouts, but it's supposed to be good for all levels. So far, I'm happy with it.
I have the wii balance board, which can be used with this, and will probably try using it next time. This time, I didn't use it, I wanted to test this program just on its own.
Definitely worth the money!

Can't tell any difference since starting it
I've taken it a few weeks now and still haven't noticed any difference, so I don't know if it's working or not, but also haven't noticed any negative side-effects.
