    After giving an earnest attempt to alert the seller that there was a mix-up, I was met with a less-than kind response that was abusive and threatening. All I wanted was the seller to ship the correct product, and not a refund. I made this perfectly clear with the eBay Customer Support. I returned the product on 4/18/2025, even purchasing special packaging to avoid damage during the return ship. I do not appreciate the accusation and defamation that you have lobbied against me. Shameful.

wrong size
I got these specifically for my son's Insignia Flez 8....they stated that they were cut to fit but the were over sized so I had to cut almost an inch off one side. Expected not to have to do that since the description stated that they were an exact fit with no cutting.
