    Device stated as new but delivered with only one (out of two) battery. Dell supply the 7220Ex with two batteries and is a requirement of the IECEx certification to have two batteries fitted before use in a hazardous area. Had to purchase another battery before we could use this correctly. Tried to communicate with the seller but they did not engage. Device is good condition otherwise.
