Don't advertise something that "I’ve had to cancel your order due to an unexpected issue with our shipping couriers and/or quality control". - Seriously!

  Fast but contents was open and went everywhere when opening. Have made them aware but nothing has been said about it. Maybe in future tape the lid on. So even if postage is rough it won't go everywhere
