  In the description, it’s mentioned that condition is ‘New:other’. By looking at the contents of the box, it appears the item is ‘USED’ and placed into a ziplock bag (see photo). At least provide a more accurate description of items in future, then buyers will understand exactly what they are bidding on/purchasing!
