Plackers is so awesome!
I am so happy I tried plackers grind no more Dental guards they are disposable yet I can use one for a pretty long time they cost less than 1% of what a dentist would charge to make a dental guard. They are comfortable my jaw feels fine I've been using it now for about 6 months..
