If you know you need it, it's what you need.
It's probably obvious that if you have an older Apple ADC monitor that you want to hook to newer equipment (or older equipment for that manner), then you need a DVI to ADC adaptor. This is the best (and almost only) choic available, and it does what it's supposed to. I've used it with an original ADC Cinema Display, and it works perfectly. Apple did use an odd (but not rare) power cord on this unit, so make sure you get one with it, or know that you need to order one.

It's a great CD changer. It holds a decent amount of discs and changes them quickly. Sound quality, like most Technics CD players, is very good. In

A good choice for a classic G4 Mac.
1 of 1 found this helpful Pros:
- It's a good general-purpose graphics card for older AGP Macs.
- Can work in a G4 cube.
- Quiet.
- Runs fairly cool.
- Plentiful and cheap.
Cons:
- There are faster cards if you're willing to pay more.
- While it works, it's a tight fit in a G4 cube and needs a custom bracket.
Thoughts:
The 9000 is a good card for a classic, AGP-based Mac like the graphite G4 or the Cube. It's reasonably fast, flexible, and quiet. As mentioned, you can wedge it into a G4 cube with some work, and it won't melt down. (A fan in the Cube is a good idea, however.)
