A really useful piece of kit
A really useful piece of kit, most of these sets cut off at 6mm but this one goes up to 10mm

Fine, but make sure it's the right reversing bulb for your 2000-2007 Mondeo, there are two types
I'm sure this is fine IF it's what you want, but please be aware that even Ford Mondeo 2L TDCIs 2000-2007 may use THIS bulb as a reversing light bulb or may use a DIFFERENT one - which is slim with virtually straight sides, unlike this bulbous one. The selector function on the listing does make this clear (I think), so the mistake was mine not the seller's, but it's easy to see "Ford Mondeo 2L TDCI 2000-2007" listed and think that that must be your car, and then end up being told that this bulbous one is the right one for you. Best to take the piece of cover off the inside rear of the car boot (takes 30 seconds), pinch the clips on the light cluster together and then withdraw it (takes 10 seconds) and then check whether a bulb which is pretty central on the cluster is slim or bulbous.

Some interesting information about Sonia Orwell's earlier years but later parts are hagiographical
Some interesting information about Sonia Orwell, especially up to the 1940s, but the later parts are somewhat hagiographical reflecting the author's deep friendship with her subject and do not engage in any depth with criticisms of her made with others. As a polemic, maybe it is valid to tell the other side of the story from the criticisms and restore a balance, but since the criticisms are not engaged with properly and it appears to me that there's a lot that is being glossed over or is not known, the coverage of the later years is rather akin to the neighbours of an arrested criminal saying that he was always very polite when they passed him in the street, and always happy to lend a cup of sugar - ultiumately, not very meaningful.
