Fantastic series of US History books
I bought this because I wanted one of the books to keep in my library. I regretted selling my series when we were done homeschooling. I had bought this series of History books when they first came out. I used them for history in our homeschool program in conjuction with our unit studies program. I homeschooled 3 boys close in age and was able use these for all three. They are very interesting, great pics and also lots of unusual facts. At the time there were no tests to go with the series. I would have each son make up a series of questions with an answer key, and each son had to take the other brothers' tests. This made it great fun because they would try to stump each other. As a result they would each know the chapters backwards and forwards and had fun doing it.
