High quality---rock bottom price
I needed a step down ring adapter and after searching found this unit. Absolutely rock bottom price was a big part of the decision to buy. The product itself is machined aluminum with what appears to be a black anodized finish. The machining of the threads is perfect. The projected ETA was over two weeks, so if you need one of these in big hurry perhaps you should look elsewhere. Having said that, I actually received the unit within 7-10 days of ordering. A pleasant surprise, that.

Solidly built with great features
I purchased one of these ball heads to use in setting up a copy stand/station. The purchase has been a very pleasant surprise in that the quality of the ball head is much higher than the price would lead you to expect.
The Pros:
1. Very well machined, nice heft to it.
2. Comes with BOTH 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch tripod fittings.
3. Has multiple bubble levels to ensure that you have the camera level
4. Has a well designed quick release.
The Cons:
1. The ball and socket fit a little too snugly...benefits from some dry silicone lubricant.
2. That's it...nothing more to comment on that is a negative.
I would certainly buy this ball head again in the future when the need occurs.

Useful daily carry
8 of 8 found this helpful I have found that the Tab 2 7.0 P-3113 is a useful daily carry device. I rooted and upgraded the Android OS from 4.2.2 to 6.0 and then added a 32 GB microSD card. The upgrade process was rather easy after researching the processes involved. Boosting the onboard storage from 8 GB to 40 GB with the microSd card makes the tablet very useful. I carry it primarily for taking notes and as a navigation aid (GPS) using Sygic offline navigation.
Having the Belkin BT keyboard just makes the device even more useful when you don't want to use the touch screen typing feature.
