  I don't like giving negative feedback but in this case I feel it is justified. After charging the battery twice the charger has failed. I contacted magnatrading (John) who promised he would send out a replacement. All good or so I thought, but now a month later and a number of e-mails later we have not received the item and he has not replied to any further e-mails. Sorry but his after sales service is non existent. Look at other negative replies and you will see this isn't the first time.
