  Buyers beware. I purchased Open Box hairdryer, I confirmed with seller only used once. Dryer showed up with hair, dust, fuzz in the filter. I contact seller, seller then says not the first owner and also bought open box! This was not disclosed so I requested a return. After some going back and forth, the seller agreed to a return. If the story ended there, I would have left neutral feedback. But today the dryer was delivered back to seller, seller opened a case. eBay thankfully sided with me.

  The dryer was only used once. If it had hair, dust and fuzz in it, it was due from buying it supposedly new from the prior seller. I didn't file a claim against the buyer. I filed a claim against the previous seller that I bought it from so this buyer was confused thinking I filed a claim against her which I did not. Ebay sided with me too on this one and gave me my money back.
