Exactly half of the switches did not work.
4 of 4 found this helpful Received 10 dimmer switches, as advertised. They looked nice, and even looked new. But half of them did not work. I still came out ahead of buying them new... but at what cost. I gave up the warranty of buying from a box store and, in the end, saved a few dollars. Not worth the hassle of installing and un-installing several different switches to find those that worked. Save the hassle and buy new.
