Great Player

Great while its working just doesn't last very long

Bought this Router because the one I had (AT&T) failed. I purchased a NetGear and could not get it to work. I got stuck between a rock and a hard place. In a very small town that offers limited services. That being said this is the third AT&T Router that I have purchased four years. The third one lasted about 10 months. AT&T would not help with the installation of the NETGEAR. Simple installation procedure,had everything connected correctly on my end but the Router was not communicating with the DNS(Domain Name System). Spoke to Rep from AT&T who said that because it was not their Router they could not assist me. And I pay them monthly.Overall when this Router is working it does what it's suppose to do. If you have other options which is why I bought another router and modem,stay away from this Router if its longevity that you are looking for. In that regard my experience with them is that they have not been durable. It's like they built them to fail after being in service for x number of months. Good luck if you decide to purchase one you may want to buy two.
