Seller offered to partially refund me for the missing parts in which I agreed. Seller did not issue the partial refund like he said. I opened a case against the seller in which eBay sided with me. I invested money into the missing parts due to seller offering partial refund in which he didn't and I decided to keep the saw or I would have lost around $100 in parts. Shipping was $76 and he charged $100.I did not have a good experience with seller.
