Theme Music for Your Life...
I first heard about this band in NPR's 'Echoes' radio show. This outstanding set of instrumental songs will blow you away. Every single song is excellent, but I have to say that 'Baleen Morning' is my favorite. Try this: look at family photos on your computer while listening to this record. You just may be shaken to tears.

Nice, but smaller than expected
To a rookie grandparent, you have to be careful about which Minecraft figures you buy. My 7 year old grandson loves the thing and was very happy. I, on the other hand, was slightly disappointed because this figure is only about 75% of the size of the figures in the more recent series. When you see one of the these Minecraft bubble packs with good ol' Steve on the front, just know they are not all created equal. I recommend you do your research.

I miss my Motorla Android
Ok, I'll admit that I'm still getting used to it. But here's the thing, my Motorola G7 battery would last a full three days, and even when the charge got below 15%, I never worried about it. The iPhone 14 eats battery like there is no tomorrow. You pretty much have to charge it every day. It seems like the iPhone is using lots of resources trying to read your mind and giving you suggestions. Yet, when you really need to do something, you have to look up 'how to' online. Yes, the pictures are much better, and the storage is huge. Those are the best things I can say about it. It annoys me that you can't archive texts like you can on Android. The combined email app gets on my nerves. Even at the bargain price, the iPhone costs four times your typical Android with similar features. Honestly, if I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't.
