  Seller reported to eBay for “gaming” eBays cancellation policy. Seller canceled my order because it cost her too much to ship. She lied and said there was a problem with my address to force a cancellation. Once an auction is won by eBays rules you are required as a seller to complete the transaction (sale) and timely ship what I had already paid for. The seller did not. Further the seller refused to communicate timely-and when she did it was harassing. This is an inexperienced, dishonest seller!

  In error, I listed the shipping as $38. When buyer won, I wrote buyer telling her delayed a couple of days because I was away and just got back and already packaged and shipping next day. I went to UPS and USPS the next day and they quoted me $75 to $85 (that was the cheapest ground). They explained because location of buyer to me it was very high. I immediately emailed buyer apologizing and refunded the customer immediately. Buyer kept harassing me with emails. I emailed her several times
