They didn’t take the items in my package but they smashed them. USPS will refund me pending the investigation completion. I issued a full refund out-of-pocket to the buyer because it’s not fair she should have to wait for their investigation. Buyer paid properly and has been very patient this whole time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️highly recommended with much respect.

For this $7.99 sale, Expedited Shipping was to be $17.05 & Standard $14.90, way over-priced for the light weight. After much time & effort, the dealer determined a way to reduce USPS costs by 1/3. With some poor recent eBay purchases, I had been considering discontinuing use of this venue, but she changed my mind. She deserves at least a 20 star evaluation, other dealers to follow her lead, & many customers buying here.

Heavy Duty pads
These work great on my floors because they are tougher than the regular version. I use less pads in cleaning my entire house using them.

Simple Pleasures isn't a pleasure
This cream is supposed to contain peppermint. It doesn't. I am disappointed in this lotion as it feels and smells like regular lotion. The only plus side of this purchase was the cute pink socks that came with it.

Ornament box
This box is a great idea. It works great for smaller size ornaments, no bigger than 2" diameter. It is supposed to be flexible enough to allow you to store bigger ornaments but the way the dividers are designed I'm not seeing it.
