Overall works well for me. The powerline option makes it work much better than my old WiFi extender.
Having the base module plug into old router works well. Some outets in house have better service than others. I think that is due to 2 separate power panels that supports my house.
I am getting about 100MBs from base to WiFi extender. The WiFi part now covers the rest of the house not covered by old router. The dual band seems work real well.
Cons: The software from the manufacturer is not very well done, but functional. No Mac version. Also, was not able to find reasonable options to buy more WiFi extender modules to feed off same base connector. I had to buy a complete second kit to get the second extender.
