Easy to set up and works as advertised.

Great for monitoring my sump pump. Has a built in alarm horn and sends a text message to my phone if there is a problem. Has a sensor on the bottom and a remote sensor on a 5 foot cable. Also has temperature and humidity sensor that can be monitored and graphed on the app on my phone. If temperature drops too low there is a freeze alarm.
