High quality DDR3.
Fast RAM that's easy to overclock (if your motherboard allows it).

Good CPU.
It runs well and overclocks easily.
With a good air cooler, I see 65C at 4.7GHz.
It's a moderate upgrade from the i5 9400 I had.

Hyper-Threaded 7th gen Pentium.
Good value for a dual-core desktop processor; Windows 10 works well with this.
