Mugs were wrapped in tissue paper and no notes on the box stating this was a breakable item. 5 of the 8 mugs and the creamer were broken upon delivery. The seller and I reached agreement that they will refund me 20.00 and I will keep the unbroken mugs. 4 days later and I have no refund
