I do not have a snoring issue but bought it to assist in my restricted nasal passage issues instead. Although it did open up my nostrils, it would slip down slightly on occasions and the adjustable ring part became somewhat uncomfortable and could not near to wear it the whole night. So I use when I can tolerate it.
