If this is Medical Advice We Should all be Worried!
I firstly I’d like to say I do believe in the concept / reality of adrenal fatigue and I’ve found good, even excellent, professional information out there published online and in books.
IMHO however, this ‘pamphlet’ is a JOKE. The word count is probably on a par with a Janet & John book and in my opinion, it’s at the lower end of the age range of those books too.
The language ranges from misspellings (a lot of them!) to non-existent words. There are words used that have a completely different meaning to that the author(s) / Computer Programme intended. Others are used in the wrong context, which is likely to mislead but more concerning is how dangerous potential to mislead dangerously, how much so could depend on the subject being discussed and of course reader’s understanding will always influence how something is interpreted making use of the correct words used in context vital).
I learned nothing from this booklet / pamphlet but a few quick web-searches brought up half a dozen copies with virtually the same cover picture (95% identical), the odd change of word in the title and subtitle. Most telling was a different Doctor’s name on each copy although the text (errors et al) was exactly the same in each. It made me wonder if these doctors even existed but more likely they didn’t write or contribute to the content but got paid for the use of their name.
This is just the opinion of one person of course - make your own mind / read at your peril !

Bought as Gift for my Sis ~ She seemed to Like it but...
Recipient wanted to change the chain length but due to the style couldn’t do so (I can see how it’s do-able, just need to buy replacement chain and remove the 2 pieces of the original one..it’s not rocket science!)
I really like it, she says she loves it and I know she’s not in the least bit offended by it but I’ve never once seen her wear it in 12 months and we live together so I’d have noticed. I wouldn’t be offended if she didn’t like it ~ if that’s the case I’d rather like to have it myself and get her something she would like to replace it (something safe like cash or a voucher!)
It is hard to judge when it’s been given as a gift and especially to review as the giver so all I can comment on is that I think it’s a nice piece, quite unique idea, I like the design and it seems to be of reasonable+ quality
