A rewarding experience
I have read this book from cover to cover and have begin to use some of the recipes as well as following the instruction of Dr fuhrman and I have in 2 weeks lost 12 pounds. This is an excellent book and I am going to order additional copies for family members because I do not want to lone mine out to anyone. I believe that I will be cured from my diabetes. 30 pounds away from my goal weight

Performance
My son and I use a Love Mei phone case and the jack opening is to far down for a normal head phone set to reach. These extenders work great for both head phones and for use with using cell phone. Great product and an even better value.

Excellent product
1 of 1 found this helpful Product work well with my hvac system. I can use it with my cell phone and you can even lock the pad so that no one can change the settings. Easy to install and set up. Great product.
