    I ask since it said obo if they would accept my offer. No reply. Next thing I received notice that I had purchased it. I received the package. Was surprised the minimum amount of packing material. Since it was just the item, I expected it would at least be protected with some bubble wrap. Since they said they didn't realize it was listed as free shipping. Which they honored. Assume they were saving money. Haven't been able to use it since it came with no instructions. I need to find them online.
