Far cheaper than a new fob
Well worth the trouble installing the rubber replacement than paying a heap for a new fob case. Trick is to ensure ALL old rubber is removed first - a tooth pick works well. Also when inserting the new piece, I found using a plastic spoon to push the rubber into the groove works. Don't use sharp object otherwise you might damage.

Exactly what I needed
I had 6 old sata devices from an old PC that I wanted to check what was on there. Connected straight to me iMac USB and found a heap of old photos and movies. Could have been lost forever.
