Fantastic book
This book is both expertly well written and is full of beautiful images that significantly contribute to understanding and relating to Saint Therese's life and writings. It's a photo book but no mere "coffee table book".

Excellent book about a remarkable woman
This is an excellent and well written biography of Edith Stein the Catholic convert, philosopher, educator, feminist, Carmelite nun, and Holocaust martyr, by a German Discalced Carmelite nun. It gives a great sense of who she was personally, her attractive personality, her intellectual brilliance, her devotion to her Jewish people, and her devout pursuit of religious truth and union with God in love. Another reviewer found this book difficult to read, I did not think so, it is written for a general readership and does not assume that you know lots of philosophy, and the author seems to understand Edith's intellectual work well and makes her basic ideas accessible to a non-specialist reader like myself. This is one of the best books to read, as an introduction to this Saint and great 20th century thinker.
This simple item may be the best bathtub drain catcher I have had. Does a great job catching hair. Best of all it does not shift around or float like plastic ones that sit over the drain. It needs to be cleaned out after showering.
