Buy the best by the best!
Oak Grigsby makes the best five position switch period. You never have problems with them and they hold up very well literally for years. I personally after over 30 years working on instruments would never use any other brand.

Like the EV 767
I use the EVs but bought two 381s for back up because they aren't quite as loud and in some rooms much better.
