  Negative. Yes, the item was left out and not posted by accident- my mistake which I have dealt with on the day of realising by posting first class straight away ( customer didn't mention wanted refund then). The item was still delayed ( I expect due to staff shortages in post/ lorry drivers). Customer has rudely accused me of trying to steal from them and taking their money... Like seriously... 4 pounds is a game changer and worth of depreciating reputation. Very bad experience.
