    So I purchased this item because it was on a friend's gift list for their 50th. Turns out the gift list hasn't been updated...and they had already been purchased. I immediately reached out to the vendor for a possible refund. Very fortunate that they agreed. I offered to forfeit the delivery fee as compensation, but they were very generous and understanding, and refunded the entire amount. Many thanks to the vendor. Fantastic communication and great customer service.
